I am a psychotherapist in Toronto, providing treatment for mental health issues, and also serving as a pastor in a local church. Within and outside the church, I offer coaching to individuals, helping them prepare for meaningful connections and personal growth. My coaching approach involves analyzing, adjusting, and harmonizing areas of improvement in four key domains: emotional, physical, social, and spiritual. I aim to support individuals in their journey of growth by addressing areas where they may be lacking or experiencing challenges.
I have been involved in individual counseling for issues such as marital conflicts, personal anxiety, depression, and anger management. I have been serving in ministry and counseling roles in both Korea and Canada for over 20 years. Since 2016, I have been operating the Life Coaching & Counseling Center in Toronto, offering counseling and coaching services.
Just one thing is I am more comfortable with Korean than English but, English speaking clients are still welcome. I would like to invite you to attend a session and determine if you feel comfortable working with me. It is essential that you feel safe, non-judged, heard, and validated.
