I specialize in trauma-informed, person-centered therapy, using IFS, EFT, psychodynamic, DBT, and Somatic therapy. I support clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, trauma, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, stress management, guilt and shame, grief and loss.
