My therapy is about overcoming feelings of anxiety, depression, sadness, anger, or pain and developing ways to get the life you want. I will provide the structure and therapeutic knowledge to translate these insights into skills for a way forward that will uniquely fit your personality.
My own life experience informs my insights and is build on the considerable professional change knowledge I gained outside and within the therapeutic environment. Building a therapeutic relationship that can support our process is key and what we focus on initially to support the development of a suitable approach and before considering other commitments.
