I have been trained in many therapeutic techniques including Relationship Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Traumatic Incident Reduction Therapy.
As a counsellor/therapist, I provide compassionate, knowledgeable, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions that have been proven helpful with various problematic issues.
