I am an eclectic therapist who employs an integrative approach allowing for a variety of modalities to be utilized based on need, comfort, and what works for you.
With over 20 years of clinical experience working with individuals, children, youth, and families in various capacities, I have developed a genuine passion in helping people discover their pre-existing strengths and ability to overcome personal struggle and the inevitable pain that coincides with being human.
With a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology, Bachelors degree in Social Development Studies, a diverse level of training in counselling and psychotherapy, and registered certifications (Certified Canadian Counsellor, Registered Psychotherapist-Q, and Registered Social Worker), I am able to offer you ethical therapeutic services as an experienced and qualified clinician.
