I am a Registered Psychologist with over twenty years of experience, as well as a mother of two wonderful girls. Via walking in nature or in-person (S.W. Calgary), or online (Alberta or Ontario), I will guide you on a journey towards self-discovery by drawing from various proven, evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Together we will explore barriers from your past and present life that prevent you from attaining the path that you were meant to travel. I hope to have the honour of helping you overcome life's obstacles...
I have extensive experience working with adults and youth in various settings, including mental health clinics, hospitals, and public school boards, both in Canada and Argentina. I offer individual adult counselling, as well as family parenting sessions. I have worked extensively with health care professionals, immigrants, and those with PTSD or trauma.
I speak fluent Spanish, and can provide counselling to Spanish-speaking clients. I also offer walking therapy in an outdoor space, which is often a restorative experience. My specialties include: healthcare professionals; immigrants and refugees; veterans; those living with chronic health conditions such as Ehlers-Danlos, as well as family-of-origin issues.
