I am experienced in working with clients who struggle with social anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, workplace stress, depression and relational trauma in adult populations. I work in an empathic way to explore, support and uncover personal meanings to facilitate trust in the therapeutic relationship and develop self-understanding in a safe space.
