Through a spirit of curiosity and compassion I support people in expanding awareness toward themes and patterns in their lives. I do this by facilitating gentle and respectful exploration of emotional, somatic (body-based), and cognitive-based experiences. The process is collaborative and often feels like an organic exchange between two humans.
