Hi there, I’m Graham. I work with individuals and folks in relationships (romantic, platonic, or professional) facing a broad range of challenges. I support clients struggling with the legacy of trauma; relationship concerns around communication, needs and boundaries, intimacy and sex, power dynamics, and systemic issues; as well as self-esteem, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and distressing emotions. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected in some aspect of your life, these are all things we can work on together in counselling.
Our work together can help alleviate your suffering and support you in leading a more, connected, empowered, and intentional life where you consciously create the kinds of experiences and relationships you desire. In session we'll explore and experiment with different ways of relating to, and engaging with, yourself, others, and the world around you.
To struggle is to be human and it’s okay to need support. Sometimes we get stuck in patterns that don’t serve us or our relationships.
