My life experience includes Registered Nursing work, volunteering in medical missions, and facilitating group therapy for mood disorders. I hold a Master's degree in clinical counseling, certification in personality disorders, sex therapy, grieving, and Dialectical Behaviour therapy. I completed my externship in Emotionally-Focused Therapy.

During your first sessions I'll ask you questions so that I can get to know you well. I may use some tests to give further clarification. Then we'll create realistic/achievable goals and an evidence-based personalized and collaborative treatment plan. Most of my clients experience new ways of viewing themselves and others, a reduction in their symptoms... and some even experience aha moments.
