Executive coaching, consulting and counselling for leaders and high net worth individuals and families. My education includes theory and practice in most major approaches in Psychology including Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioural and Humanistic-Existential in combination with hands-on management experience. I have worked extensively in the arts and media on performance, creativity and anxiety. With four degrees in Psychology including a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and a Certificate in Intercultural Studies, formal education has been invaluable. My best teachers however are my clients and life experience.
Diversity is cause for celebration. The things we are most ashamed of, our deepest darkest secrets, are universal and part of the human landscape. Niche specialties include working with elite performers in sports, entertainment and business to deal with fame, anxiety and performance issues.
In addition to individual appointments, I am also available for intensives when it would be helpful to work through problems in a compressed program over the course of a week or weekend. Between face-to-face appointments, I use a telemedicine virtual platform for at-a-distance appointments.
