Welcome! I value upholding compassion, patience, understanding, and accountability in all my sessions. I have a special interest in working with young adults on topics relating to anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal relationship dynamics, identity development, and relationship with self.
I utilize resources and interventions from a variety of therapeutic modalities. My approach will vary depending on each individual's needs and unique life circumstances. I work to create a safe and supportive environment so that my clients can explore the different aspects of themselves and begin creating new patterns that are in alignment with their goals.
I welcome you to reach out if you are in need of support while navigating any difficult life circumstances.
