Together we can explore patterns in your relationships and allow hidden aspects to emerge and support your growth. We play in the unknown and find new and creative ways to work through issues.

My approach is active and adaptable, focusing on developing awareness of our experience in the present moment. With awareness comes choice and freedom to live life more fully. Working this way, we sense how our emotional and physical selves are connected and how our well-being interweaves with our environment.
