I also support people who are navigating additional challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, self worth/self esteem and chronic pain.

The therapeutic approaches that I commonly use include Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Parts work, The Grief Recovery Method, and Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy.
I prioritize offering a safe and supportive space for you to lead with authenticity and process your challenges in a judgment free atmosphere.
