Our inner world helps us understand what’s going on in our minds and bodies that’s invisible to the eye. I provide mental health services to adults & youth. I utilize a variety of different evidence-based interventions as I believe everyone is unique and deserves a service tailored to their needs. I specialize in providing Brainspotting Therapy (which is a newer alternative to EMDR), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
