Hello, my name is Gillian Enright and I sincerely welcome connection with you, regarding your mind-body reactions, symptoms, and responses to life stressors and struggles. For over 25 years, I have supported many individuals and couples in achieving abundant life changes by integrating a somatic/body wholistic narrative approach. I believe our bodies express our deepest beliefs and stories of trauma, sorrow, illness, health and joy. I incorporate a somatic-complex trauma approach with a diverse sensitive lens for individuals, couples and groups. Intergenerational body narrative therapy, queer affirmative therapy, and diversity inclusive therapy are utilized.
