Welcome! If you're looking for couples therapy or individual counselling - my goal is to offer you a safe space where you feel seen, understood, and supported as you journey through the highs and lows of life. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, facing the impact of trauma, going through relationship challenges, or having emotional difficulties - you deserve to heal in a trusted environment. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor and I have a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from Trinity Western University.
I specialize in couples therapy, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, trauma and PTSD, relationship issues, self-esteem, infidelity, and life transitions. I offer therapy that is relationally-focused, attachment-focused, trauma-informed, and include parts work to help you live from your best self.
