I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders such as generalized anxiety, social anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I also welcome individuals who are experiencing symptoms of depression. Due to a marked interest in women's mental health, I am only accepting female clients at the current time.
My approach is based on principles derived from cognitive behavioural therapy, emotionally focused therapy, as well as attachment science. I offer trauma informed care and believe that understanding my clients’ early life experiences, as well as their wider cultural context, is key to helping them overcome their current symptoms and difficulties.
