Having a baby, being pregnant, or trying to conceive can be very hard, and when mental health challenges are present, it can be even more difficult and isolating. My priority is to create a safe place where you can honestly open up about your struggles and overwhelming emotions. Every client’s situation, difficulties and strengths are different. Thus, my therapeutic approach is non-judgmental and tailored to my client's unique needs.
I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health. I specialize in providing support to prenatal, pregnant and postpartum clients. I work with clients experiencing challenges in the transition to parenthood, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (including depression, anxiety, OCD and psychosis), birth and reproductive trauma, and perinatal grief and loss.
