I began studying mental health and psychology 10 years ago at the University of Waterloo. I have gained invaluable experience at the reputable mental health agencies including Lutherwood and CMHA. I offer free, 15 minute consultations so you can be sure you feel good about our therapeutic relationship before we begin. :)
