I also offer psychoeducational, giftedness, adult ADHD, personality and intelligence assessments.
Welcoming adult and teen clients; I focus on helping build or rebuild a connection with their emotions, experiences, and values, while providing skills and tools to maintain the meaningful changes they make. I use a Cognitive Behavioural approach, while integrating skills from other approaches including: ACT, Narrative, Existential, and DBT.
