Currently accepting in-person clients - My clinical focus is primarily centred on trauma, depression, anxiety, dissociation, grief, and self-trust/confidence. I work with youth and adult clients, utilizing both virtual and in-person sessions presently. My therapeutic approach is malleable, and depends heavily on the clinical concerns of the client to ensure that each client case gets the care necessary to work towards healing.
The therapeutic path that is chosen is based around the direct need of the client. The therapeutic process will primarily take parts from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
