I am currently accepting new clients for virtual appointments. I provide support for teens and adults with anxiety, depression and trauma. I have experience working with clients with ASD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and emotional regulation difficulties. I can also help teens work through the challenges of being bullied or those who feel as though they are having difficulty fitting in due to their own challenges.
I offer trauma-informed and attachment-based therapy using a variety of modalities including Play Therapy CBT, DBT, and EFT
Life can be very overwhelming and sometimes it is difficult to understand how to navigate the many relationships and experiences that are present. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental place for you to talk about the struggles you are experiencing. I work to help you better understand your experiences and develop strategies to move you forward.
