At the heart of my practice is a deep value for human connection as well as advocating for your voice to be heard.
I have extensive experience in community mental health providing individual and family therapy as well as service coordination for children, adolescents, young adults and their families. I also offer consultation/coaching for parents and caregivers. East Asian and an immigrant three times over, I have unique cross-cultural experience and perspective.
