Hello. Welcome & thank you for considering working with me. I am here to help. I work with all ages of people, including children, teens & their parents or caregivers. People who work with me often want to feel better from symptoms such as trouble sleeping and not feeling safe, anger, grief, fatigue, brain fog, depression, OCD (for children) challenges at home, daycare &/or school. I also work with child and caregiver attachment disruption needs such as foster care and family reunification.
Together we will work to increase moments of safety, connection & flourishing. I work with the best therapy for each client, including Theraplay based, somatic, attachment-based to tend to what is holding you &/or your child back while hearing and witnessing what needs to come to light in a safe & non judgemental space.
