I come from an attachment and trauma lens and will be there with you throughout your journey. I have worked in the mental health field for 14 years and have a variety of approaches to help you work through your pain. I am a experienced therapist that offers services to veterans, individual, couples and children.
I am passionate about working with couples to improve their relationship. I offer a safe environment for couples to both be heard and work towards strengthening their relationship. I believe couples often have difficulties in communication skills, asking for what they need in the relationship, agreeing on finances, parenting and infidelity.
I have a strong background in adoption, parenting special needs children and mental health issues in adults, children and youth. I have an empathic approach to supporting individuals, veterans and couples to be able express their emotions and create change in their current situation. I believe in change through self-reflection and new ways of coping.
