I also have specialized training in reproductive health and perinatal mental health and support clients moving through infertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum & beyond. I create a strong therapeutic relationship where you can process your emotions, strengthen your coping strategies and work towards your personal growth to create the life you want to live.

In therapy, I work from a holistic perspective and incorporate Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and EMDR. As the founder and clinical director, I work alongside an incredible team at Bloom Well Therapy supporting clients with their general mental health, as well as reproductive health and perinatal mental health.
