I am EMDR trained working with those who have trauma and PTSD. I use a number of treatment approaches preferring mindfulness based practices, focusing often on the mind-body connection. I use a strength based approach and always client -centered.
Each person's situation is unique so my focus is to provide a safe, caring and supportive environment so you feel heard and understood.
