Hello there! I’m Fatme (Fatima), and I’m all about how the mind, feelings, and healing are all connected. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and I hold a Bachelor’s degree with honours in Biological Sciences from the University of Windsor and a Master’s in Psychotherapy. I also have phase 1 training in EMDR and Brainspotting. Just like a physical wound heals with time and care, I believe in the natural ability of mental health to recover. No matter what you’re dealing with, whether it's anxiety, depression, trauma, or just life’s ups and downs, I’m here to offer you understanding and help you find your way to healing.
