With a master’s in psychology & an extensive experience as a therapist, I approach therapy from a client centered, strength-based, trauma informed & a culturally sensitive lens. I draw on various therapeutic approached including mind-body approach, inner child work, solution focused therapy, Internal family systems, cognitive behaviour therapy & more.
