I provide individual counselling to adults suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and panic attacks. We use current, evidence-based counselling methods to help clients manage accident-related psychological issues such as trauma, stress, pain, insomnia, nightmares, depression, anxiety, fear of driving, and other concerns.
Our services are covered by most insurance plans. We are easily accessible and provide telephone/video Therapy sessions. We are culturally sensitive and can provide services in Farsi and English.
