My aim is to provide strength-based, culturally sensitive therapy through a compassionate, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental lens. I was raised in Somalia, Egypt and Canada which has supported my understanding of different values, cultures, beliefs and ideologies. Overall, I am passionate about psychotherapy and dismantling the stigma surrounding therapy.
