Do you want to find out what life skills could help you manage to become a more confident and content person? Are you curious about your unique communication skills and how they may contribute to maintaining relationships? Would you identify as neurodiverve (ADHD, ASD), and are looking for support to help you build self-awareness, daily strategies, grounding, and acceptance of your unique abilities? Sometimes, do the social norms and the acceptable ways of managing problems seem overwhelming? Despite understanding the importance of connection, do you find it challenging to maintain happy, healthy relationships?
Being a Speech-Language Pathologist for 30 years allowed me to become apart of the lives of many individuals, both neurotypical and neurodiverse. Now, as a counsellor, my training gives me a unique understanding of the "super powers" available to my clients. I enjoy helping to unlock these gifts and supporting their journeys to happier, more content lives.
We have all had diverse experiences in our lives, and we all have unique brains, which shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. Within a safe, accepting environment we can explore how you feel about yourself and your unique identity, how to manage and create healthier relationships, and learn life skill strategies that suite your individual goals.
