I use a holistic, client-centered approach to treatment, combining evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, SFBT, Strength-Based, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative therapies as well as Gottman Method for couples counselling.
Together, we'll work to understand your emotions, develop effective coping strategies, and process experiences that hinder your progress. I'm here to support you on your journey towards greater clarity, resilience, and wellbeing.

Welcome to Anger to Harmony, where I'll guide you on a transformative journey from anger to peaceful progress. This 4-week group provides a supportive environment for individuals seeking to better manage and understand their anger. Through compassionate support and a safe [virtual] environment, I will empower you to cultivate harmony in your emotions and relationships. I have been offering anger management since 2014, both one-on-one and in groups. Let's work towards understanding and managing your emotions for a healthier, more balanced life!
