If you have experienced trauma or are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stressed, lonely, stuck, unfulfilled, rejected, misunderstood or judged I can support you in helping you better understand all parts of yourself and develop skills for coping. I strive to provide compassionate, trauma informed, anti-oppressive care and am committed to providing a space free from judgement so you feel safe and supported as you navigate life's challenging circumstances. Your healing is my goal and I look forward to supporting you on your journey
