Erin is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) who operates from a trauma-informed, feminist, and culturally-sensitive viewpoint. She is person-centred and humanistic in her approach. Erin enjoys working with teens and adults, and anyone experiencing significant life changes both in person and virtually. I particularly specialize in grief and loss, that includes losing pieces of ourselves or opportunities, neurospicy brains (e.g. autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression), and processing and re-processing of trauma to re-write your story in a way that is not harmful to you life.
My primary counselling modalities are Compassion-Focused Therapy (a type of CBT), SFT, ACT, IFS, and Clinical Hypnotherapy for trauma. I specialize particularly in neurodivergence (including anxiety, depression, autism, anxiety), trauma, grief, loss, and death and dying. As well, I am a Death Doula and member of the Death Doula Network International.
Life is hard, and I believe that with support, you can become the version of yourself that is most reflective of your inner self.
