Hello, my name is Erin and I am a Registered Social Worker. I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Social Work degree, which I completed at the University of Toronto. My career has been focused on supporting adults and youth with their mental health for the past 18+ years. I have worked in various community settings and have spent over a decade working in hospital-based mental health and eating disorder programs, supporting individuals with BPD, mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, body image concerns, substance use, gender dysphoria and other concerns.
I work collaboratively with individuals (ages 16+), families and couples to work towards addressing their concerns and developing new coping strategies. The approaches I use include: CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma informed care. I will carefully listen to you and provide a safe safe environment for you to express your thoughts and feelings.
