Thank you for being here and welcome! I get it and can appreciate how overwhelming the process is to find a good therapist today. I have been working in community mental health for over 10 years. My approach is collaborative, meeting folks where they are at in whatever stage of their life journey. I have experience working with a wide range of mental health and life challenges, from anxiety and depression to PTSD/ developmental trauma to stressful life transitions and relationship challenges.
I utilize a conversational style, mind-body approach to therapy, pulling from evidence based interventions in creative ways. I have training in cognitive behaviour, dialectic behaviour, solution focused brief therapy, and are currently working towards completing a trauma certification course. Trauma and attachment are areas of interest.
