Building connections with ourselves and others is one of the most important components of a fulfilling life. However, negative messages from the world and our past experiences can often make us feel like we are not good enough. This negative self-talk and self-doubt can make it difficult to form meaningful connections and enjoy life the way we want to, leaving us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, confused, or stuck.
I offer a holistic, relationship centred and trauma informed approach to therapy. I use a variety of different modalities including EMDR, Emotion Focused, body based therapies as well as Buddhist Psychology/Mindfulness.
I believe we can move forward and create a better life for ourselves. Therapy provides a safe space for us to sit with our feelings without judgment, see and experience situations from a different perspective, and work toward positive change with the support of someone who is on our team.
