I am a Licensed Counselling Therapist and Certified Canadian Counsellor with over 25 years' experience helping individuals shift thought patterns, understand their emotions and explore how they move through this world. Working with clients to increase self-awareness, learn coping strategies and feel a sense of empowerment in living a life they most desire are all areas of opportunity when we work together. Whether it's moving through change/transition, living with anxiety, grief/loss, depression, stress, burnout or relationship issues, I am here.
Working from a human centered approach while integrating CBT, Solution Focused and Mindfulness into my practice, I will support you to uncover ways to honor emotions with compassion and understanding, consider alternative storylines/narratives and become empowered to believe that you can feel, think and act differently than you do now. You are not alone.
You will get the opportunity to speak about whatever is coming up for you in a place of non-judgement, unconditional positive regard and compassion. You can show up as you are.
