At times we all struggle with anxiety, depression, and grief. If the struggles you are carrying are becoming heavier then you can bear, I can support you in finding a way to lessen this burden.
I use a combination of psychotherapy and creativity to explore challenges and opportunities for change and growth. Recognizing and allowing ourselves to feel our emotions without judgement is at the root of the work that I do. I encourage the use of creativity as an ally and guide. Art is a language that belongs to everyone.
It is important to feel safe during the journey of growth and healing. I create this safe place by offering a nonjudgemental, personalized approach to therapy and encourage curiosity, creativity, and self-compassion. I have a client-centred approach and will walk along side you as you navigate this path. Everyone is welcome.
