Drawing from my own experiences, empathy, and training I have worked with numerous individuals to attain a personalized recovery that works for them. Eating disorders, body image concerns and addictions ask for understanding and support- although we often meet them with shame and judgment. My approach is curious, compassionate and collaborative.
