I believe in the humanistic approach to counselling wherein I am a fellow traveller in the life of the client. There to support and listen without judgment. I use an integrated, trauma-informed approach that is unique to each client. I draw from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, internal family systems (IFS), attachment and emotionally focused theories, polyvagal theory and somatic practices.
