It is often difficult to seek help for one’s internal struggles, and that is why it is so important for me to create a comfortable, safe, and non-judgmental environment where people can share their story. I believe that each and every client is unique, and therefore, every client requires a plan that is tailored to them. I also value the importance of early life experience shaping our view of the world and our place in it.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, PTSD, personality disorders, relationship issues and grief. My approach is based on the biopsychosocial model that encompasses multiple factors in human development. I also work with children and youth ages 8 and up that are experiencing anxiety, depression, or behavioral issues in an age appropriate way.
I always seek to give my clients understanding and compassion so they can freely explore who they are in a meaningful way, further encouraging their growth as human beings. I am currently accepting children (ages 8+) and adults.
