My ideal clients are those willing to embark on the journey of self-improvement. Most people say they "want" to make a change or ask more from themselves, but I excel in working with those who work through that change. I work mostly, but not exclusively, with men who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, confidence, self-esteem and relationship issues. Most of the time, the people in my office don't know what they need to change, but they know something needs to change. My role is to help you find what that change is and what we need to do to get you there!
I don't sugarcoat my clients, telling them that change is easy, but it is my prerogative to collaborate with clients to simplify the process. I blend a modern approach to traditional client-centred talk therapy that helps motivate clients to make the change they've desired to implement for so long.
