I have a Bachelor of Arts, Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology, am a certified EMDR therapist (Emdria), and have training in trauma and complex trauma along with experience working with airline crew, first responders, and police. I hold a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certificate, one of the most respected nutrition coaching organizations worldwide.
