My aim is to provide clients with tools and strategies, and collaboratively work together to help clients become the best version themselves. I welcome clients from all backgrounds. I identify as a South Asian woman, who is aware of the cultural issues that are important to consider when working with various cultural groups.
I am a Registered Social Worker, trained at the graduate level in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I have worked in various mental health settings through the years which has provided experience working with clients who have had symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress.I also have specialized training in post partum mental health issues.
