Dr. Nau and Linda Belenzchuk provide customized, solution-focused treatment in a safe, confidential environment. We facilitate therapy utilizing a wide variety of treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy, Hypnosis, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). We have worked with individuals with trauma, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideations, Anger, gender identity and mediation. In addition, we lecture on the topics of Depression, Anger, Stress, Addictions, and how to increase one’s self-confidence.Dr. Nau has taught for 19 years.

Anger Resolution group. Adults and teen groups
We offer a fresh and new innovative way for people to resolve their anger. Instead of anger management, we work with people so they no longer have to “manage” their anger, but instead, can resolve it. This practical 6-week anger resolution course is facilitated by Dr. Dustin Nau and Linda Belenczuk. What makes our course different? We do not teach breathing exercises, tell people to count to 10 slowly, or, to go to their zen place. No, we provide psychoeducation and proven therapeutic techniques to actually allow an individual to process their emotions rather than how to manage their anger.
