Hi, I'm Emmett (he/him/his) and I help men and people of colour get unstuck, cope better with life's anxiety and challenges, and forge a life based on their values. I'm passionate about growth and connection and especially curious about the components of a meaningful life.
By gaining clarity on what is wanted in life, we work together to establish the thoughts, feelings and behaviours that support that lifestyle. I believe life’s challenges are not meant to be faced alone and that a strong therapeutic relationship can make all the difference in creating a satisfying and full life.
