I understand that deciding to begin therapy can be intimidating, difficult, and overwhelming. However, therapy can help individuals overcome many obstacles, express themselves, and discover new possibilities. I walk along side my clients to help them achieve their goals and create a life full of meaning and purpose. I offer a non-judgemental view, empathetic listening, a warm and welcoming environment, and true compassion and acceptance.
My primary areas of interest include: anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, relationship issues, parenting struggles. I have certified training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Level 1&2 Gottman Couples Therapy, Play Therapy, and Neufeld study on an Attachment-Based Developmental Approach.
